By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
It tells you about software we make for regulated immigration practitioners. It is information about a product, and nothing on it is advice. We supply software to firms. We do not provide immigration advice or services within the meaning of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so. Nothing here creates a solicitor and client or adviser and client relationship, and nothing here is a recommendation to act or not to act.
No relationship with the Home Office
We are not affiliated with the UK Government, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration or any visa application centre. Decisions on visa applications are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration.
No account on this website
There is nothing to register for and no area you log in to. The client login link takes you to app.immigrationist.io, which is governed by your contract with us and not by these terms.
Using the website
Please use it for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, interfere with how it works for others, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may withdraw or change the site, and we may restrict access if it is misused.
Sending us details
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send us client-identifying information, documents or matter details by email unless we have agreed a secure route first. We will treat what you send us as confidential to the extent we are able.
Intellectual property
Immigrationist® is a registered trade mark of Imigracionist d.o.o. The text, layout and design of this website belong to us and you may not reproduce them commercially without our permission. Third-party names, marks and badges shown on the site — including the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia, NVIDIA Inception, Google for Startups and Claude for Startups — belong to their owners and appear with their permission or where permitted. Their presence does not imply a wider relationship.
Links to other sites
Our booking, survey and social links take you to Calendly, Google Forms, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Their own terms and privacy notices apply once you are there.
No warranty
The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and information on it may become out of date. Check the current position with your own regulator and with published Home Office and UKVI guidance before you rely on anything you read here.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud.
The software is governed separately
Your use of the software is governed by your contract with us and the data processing agreement that goes with it, not by these terms. If the two differ, your contract prevails.
Changes
We may change the website and these terms. The version published at this address when you use the site is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or their subject matter, are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction. This matches our consumer terms of use. Nothing in this paragraph removes any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you are established.
